During a visit by the Chancellor of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences Mohammad Aghajani to the Moscow-based university, the two sides singed an academic deal and discussed ways of expanding mutual collaborations.
As per the agreement, Shahid Beheshti University and Sechenov University will expand cooperation in joint research projects, holding training courses, exchanging students and professors, and transferring technology.
According to Afshin Zarghi, the vice chancellor of Shahid Beheshti University, during their previous talks in October, the two sides had also agreed upon establishing a joint workgroup with a special focus on ‘medical training’.
